All you need is a space where you will not be disturbed for 90 minutes, a yoga mat, a blindfold or scarf, and bluetooth headphones so you can move freely without cables. The soundtrack is carefully curated, deep and immersive, encompassing tribal beats and music that makes your body move through feeling.
