Service Description

This 90-minute guided movement journey takes you deep within to reconnect with yourself through meditation, shamanic journey, movement and dance – culminating in catharsis. All you need is a space where you will not be disturbed for 90 minutes, a yoga mat, a blindfold or scarf, and bluetooth headphones so you can move freely without cables. The soundtrack is deep and immersive, encompassing tribal beats and music that makes your body move –– specially curated and mixed by me (DJ AnJel).
