About the event
Come and experience what TIMEOUT Magazine says is "The happiest way to start your day". Each 60-minute session is guided by a skilled facilitator and encompasses mindfulness, music, movement, connection, and lots of joy – all outdoors in nature! No previous dance experience is necessary and all ages are welcomed!
