✨ Our final Sacred Sessions of 2025. Let’s gather one last time this year — to dance, release, and celebrate all that we’ve moved through together.✨
We begin in circle, opening the Medicine Wheel to call in the elements, directions, and unseen allies — setting the container for the highest possible journey. This sacred opening is what makes The Sacred Sessions unlike many other ecstatic dances — it’s what gives the experience its potency and magic.
From there, we drop into our bodies — grounding, breathing, arriving fully in the present moment. Through simple Pranayama, the mind softens, the body awakens, and the spirit begins to stir.
