About the event
SACRED FLOW brings us back to an ancient wisdom and knowing where our ancestors danced in ceremony to experience healing and insights for their highest good. Your hostesses, Angie (DJ AnJel) and Megan McKenzie, will prepare a sacred and safe space for you to unleash and experience healing through meditation, movement, music, and sound healing, while gently guiding you through the process.
Before the dance begins, Angie will open the Medicine Wheel, setting the intention and creating a sacred and safe container for healing and connection with Spirit and with Self. You will then be guided through a Pranayama exercise (gentle breath regulation), suitable for beginners, to regulate your nervous system and alter your consciousness. Angie will guide you to embody the music through a live-mixed sound journey, slowly being taken to experience catharsis and leave it all on the dance floor.
