Reconnect with yourself in a safe and sacred space, letting it all go with no judgment, no boundaries, and without the use of your eyesight... SACRED FLOW brings us back to an ancient wisdom and knowing where our ancestors danced in ceremony to experience healing and insights for the highest good. Your hostess, Angie (DJ AnJel) will prepare a sacred and safe space for you to unleash and experience healing through meditation, movement, and music, while gently guiding you through the process.

Before the dance begins, Angie will open the Medicine Wheel, setting the intention and creating a container for sacred healing and connection with Great Spirit and your higher Self. Angie will then guide you through a meditation to alter your consciousness, before you begin to embody the music with closed eyes through a live-mixed sound journey.
