SACRED FLOW Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance

Cacao is a vibrational plant medicine, altering the frequency at which we resonate. Opening the gateway to the sacred heart space, where truth and unconditional compassion illuminate our way, Cacao assists us in releasing fear, insecurity and guilt, facilitating a deeply grounding connection to ourselves, and with those sharing the journey with us.

Upon arrival, you will receive a cup of sacred ceremonial cacao, lovingly prepared by Cacao Ceremonialist, Laura Yates. Through meditative practices and deep movement, Laura holds space for each person to feel and let go, bringing in connection to Self, your body, and the sacred circle within which you are held. Laura will guide you through a sacred cacao ceremony to open your heart and allow healing to commence.
